Ingredients

Base/smoothie

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of chopped pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of mango
  • ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 5 ice cubes

All these fruits can be swapped out for other kinds of fruit (ex. you can use raspberries instead of blueberries, or replace the pineapple for more strawberries)

Toppings

Top with any of your favorite fruits, then add some type of crunch, like chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts or granola (recipe at bottom) and then top with your favorite spreads like chocolate, peanut butter, or honey

Granola

Combine 1 cup of old fashion oats, ½ stick of margarine (4 tbsp), 3 tbsp of dark brown sugar, ⅓ cup of sliced almonds in a bowl. Transfer to a pan and cook in 350 degrees f oven until golden brown.

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Place everything for the smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour and divide into 3 bowls, and top with your favorite toppings, GET CREATIVE!!
