• 1 packet Quick rise yeast (7g)( ¼ oz)
  • 1 Tbsp of sugar
  • ⅓ cup of water
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 ½ cups of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag of frozen broccoli
  • 2 ½ cups of mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp of salt

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 f
  2. Mix the yeast water (⅓) and sugar and give a light stir
  3. After 5 minutes, after your yeast is “alive” (you will see bubbels), add the flour, eggs, rest of the water, salt (2 tsp)
  4. Knead for 5 minutes then oil a bowl and let the dough rise in the bowl for 1 hour
  5. Place the broccoli in the microwave as the directions say
  6. Chop into smaller pieces
  7. Roll out the dough (to an ½ inch thick) on a floured surface (if it is sticky add some flour)
  8. Cut into about 3 inch circles (use the top of a glass cup)
  9. Place a pinch of cheese and a few pieces of broccoli in the center of the circles and pinch the edges into a triangle shape
  10. Spray a sheet pan with pam, place the final Hamantaschen in the oven
  11. Put in the oven for until the cheese is melted and the edges turn golden brown
  12. Enjoy!
