• 1 large onion
  • 1 large orange pepper
  • 8 frozen garlic cubes
  • 3 cup of frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup of sweet frozen corn
  • 1 bag of frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp of salt
  • 3 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Warm up a wok (Chinese steep pan)
  2. Saute the onion with the oil
  3. When the onion is situated add pepper and garlic 
  4. When the peppers and garlic is sauteed, add the corn and broccoli
  5. Then when all the veggies are situated, add the riced cauliflower
  6. Push the “rice” to one side of the wok, and crack an egg into the hole and mix really quickly so the egg scrambles, then mix the egg into the rest of the “rice”
  7. When the “rice” is almost cooked, add the soy sauce, BBQ sauce, salt, pepper
  8. Enjoy!
