Ingredients

  • 4 cups of parsley
  • 2 cups of cilantro
  • 1 ¼ cup of oil
  • 1 ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 2 cut and seeded jalapenos
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp of fresh oregano
  • 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor
  2. Pulse until very fine (you should still be able to see the little pieces of herbs)
  3. Enjoy!
