Ingredients

Crepes

  • 1 1 ½ cup flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 1 ⅓ of milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste (Nielsrin Massey)
  • 1 egg

Apple filling

  • 4 peeled apples
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Combine all the crepe ingredients into a bowl, whisk well
  2. In a crepe pan, Spray with oil
  3. Fill the pan enough to be a thin omelet
  4. Flip when golden brown on sides
  5. Cut apples into moon shapes pieces
  6. In a pan, cook the apples with the butter until soft
  7. After about 5 minutes when the apples get “soggy”, add the cinnamon, sugar and vanilla
  8. Fill crepe with apple filling
  9. Top with powdered sugar and enjoy 😉
