Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp of mayo
  • 1 tsp of paprika, minced garlic, onion powder, pink salt, pepper, ground coriander

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of mayo on the salmon
  2. Combine all spices in a small bowl
  3. Sprinkle the spices on the salmon
  4. Place in the oven on a low broil or 400 f
  5. Bake until golden brown for about 15 min or until tender
  6. Cool off and with a fork “shred” into big bite sized pieces

Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cabbage
  • 1 tsp of salt, pepper, and granulated garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Juice from a half of a lemon (about 1 tbl)

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Combine in all ingredients in a bowl and mix

Pickled Radishes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of radishes
  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  1. Cut radishes very thin

  2. Combine the vinegar and maple in a bowl

  3. Add radishes

  4. Let sit for about 10 minutes of more

Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 corns on the cob
  • 1 tbsp of ketchup
  • 2 tbsp of mayo
  • 1 tsp of salt and pepper

Step by Step Instructions

  1. On a grill, place the corn with some cooking spray

  2. Cook until grill marks

  3. Take off grill and cool

  4. Cut all corn off the cob and place in bowl with the mayo and ketchup

  5. Add the salt and pepper and mix

Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • Juice from a 1/ of a lemon
  • 1 tbsp of salt and pepper

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado half and take out the insides(take out pits)
  2. Add lemon, salt, and pepper

Assemble the Tacos

  1. Place tortilla on the open flame to get a little char

  2. Flip after 45 seconds on each side

  3. Place all toppings on top

  4. Enjoy!
