Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • half of a red onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • ½ tbsp of fine sea salt
  • 2 tsp of black pepper

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Cut the four avocados and take out the pits
  2. Scoop out the avocado into a bowl and mash until there are some chunks
  3. Cut the Jalapeno and red onion in a small minced
  4. Cut the tomato into small bite size pieces
  5. Put all the vegetables in the bowl
  6. Juice the lemon and add to the bowl
  7. Add the salt, pepper and mix everything until incorporated
  8. Top with some chopped parsley and enjoy!
