Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds of chicken cutlets
  • ¼ of oil
  • 6 frozen cubes of basil
  • 4 frozen cubes of parsley
  • 2 frozen cubes of dill
  • 6 cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ juice from lemon
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of ground coriander

Step By Step Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the basil, parsley, dill, lemon, garlic, oil, salt, garlic powder, coriander
  2. Let the cubes melt and mix until incorporated
  3. Place the chicken in the marinade and let marinate for as long as possible (overnight is best)
  4. Grill until cooked (outdoor or indoor grill)
  5. Serve with grilled onions on top
  6. Enjoy!!
