• 6 green apples
  • 1 ¼ cup of flour
  • ½ cup of light brown sugar
  • ½ tbs of vanilla
  • 1 stick of margarine (room temp)
  • Frosting (combine- ½ of powdered sugar with 1 tsp of water)

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f
  2. Cut the apples in half, and with a melon baller or metal spoon, scoop out the inside (not all of it, about 2-3 tbsp worth)
  3. In a cupcake pan, spray with oil, place the apples in the molds (this is to hold the apples in place)
  4. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla, and margarine
  5. Mix with your hands until it forms “crumbs”
  6. Bake the apples for 15 minutes while the crumble refrigerated for 15 minutes
  7. After 15 minutes, take the apples out of the oven, take the crucible out of the fridge, fill the apple holes with the crumble
  8. Place back in the oven for 15-20 min (until golden brown at the top)
  9. Drizzle frosting on top and eat with vanilla ice cream
