Ingredients

Shells

  • 8 eggs
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp potato starch

Filling

  • 36oz of ricotta cheese
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup of graded parmagin
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Extra

  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 jar of marinara sauce

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients for the shells in a blender and blend until mixed
  2. In a crepe pan, place a little of the mix (enough to make a “crepe”) then flip

  3.  

    When a little brown on both sides, put on side

  4.  

    Repeat until you have 8 “crepes”

  5.  

    In another bowl, add all ingredients for ricotta, mix

  6.  

    In a 9x13 pan, layer a little bit of sauce on the bottom

  7.  

    Then take a crepe, Fill the center with a ½ cup of the ricotta filling, fold like an eggroll by folding the sides and then rolling the rest to a log

  8.  

    Repeat until all crepes are done

  9.  

    Put in pan with sauce seam side down

  10.  

    Put more sauce on top

  11.  

    Sprinkle with the cup of cheese

  12.  

    Cover with foil and place in oven on 350

  13.  

    The last 15 min uncover pan and enjoy!
