Ingredients

  • 1 box of “baby fingers” (I used haggadah)
  • ½ cup of gram cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick of margarine (softened)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for crumb)
  • 16 oz container of parve cream cheese
  • 16 oz parve whipt topping
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • ¼ powder sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice from ½ orange
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 8 Sliced strawberries

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Crush the baby fingers until a fine “powder”
  2. In a bowl, add the crushed baby finger, gram cracker crumbs, margine, and sugar

    Mix all ingredients until combined

    In a bowl, start whipping the whipped topping with an electrical mixer

  5.  

    When there are stiff peaks,the,cream cheese, vanilla, maple syrup, powdered sugar, orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice

  6.  

    In little parfait cups, layer a layer of crumbs, then a layer of creme, then top with a few slices of strawberries and and a little zest of an orange
