Veggie burger

  • 6 whites mushrooms
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 carrots (peeled)
  • 1 black can of black beans
  • 1 can of white beans
  • 5 eggs
  • ¾ cup of seasoned Bread crumbs
  • ½ tbsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of sea salt

Chili lime mayo

  • 2 limes
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • ½ tsp of caution powder and hot paprika

Step By Step Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, onion and garlic
  2. Drains and rinse canned beans, and lightly smash with your hands leaving the beans somewhat whole
  3. Then add the vegetable mixture to the beans and mix well
  4. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs and spices
  5. Form into burger patties
  6. Cook in a greased pan on medium heat until golden brown on both sides
  7. In a bowl combine all the ingredients for chili lime mayo, mix well
  8. Serve on burger buns and with your favorite veggies and the chili lime mayo (red onion, tomato and pickles)
